What personal information do we collect, and how is it used?
The only information we collect or save is the information you volentarly give to us. For example, your user name, password, forum posts and pictures. Information such as IP addresses, log file, and any other identifying information you do not voluntarly and specifically give to us, we do not save. Any information collected about our visitors is stored in offsite data centers that implement several layers of security, hosted outside of the Unitd States of America.
We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies. Information submitted to us, such as our feedback, forums, pictures and similar submissions may be made public (unless otherwise noted as a "Private" submission).
Terms of Use
All content submitted to Chronicfile becomes the sole property of Chronicfile, and you agree to let Chronicfile re-print or use uploaded photos in any way Chronicfile sees fit. All photos uploaded and hosted on Chronicfile will be watermarked with a "Chronicfile" logo.
